Bensos' most innovative product: an industrial dishwasher even more powerful than conventional products available on the market,
featuring easily biodegradable sequestering agents with very low toxicity!
It is a very alkaline detergent, thought to be used with automatic dosage machine dishwashers, but suitable for glasswashers and cupwashers too.
BenSos' Industrial Dishwasher does remove any kind of greasy and particulate dirt from crockery,
inox cutlery and pots, glasses, plastics. It's better not use it to wash aluminium, copper or zinc articles, because of its strong alkalinity.
In restaurants where we made trials, professional users were surprised by the brightness of glasses, dishes and cutlery, easily washed together
with full of grease pottery which had been deliberately few prewashed.
As all Bensos' products, Industrial Dishwasher is made up of "few but good" components: we choose only high quality chemicals for our formulations.
BenSos recommends to combine BenSos' Industrial Dishwasher with BenSos' Rinse Aid.
Toxicologic features of Glasswasher and of each of the other Bensos' products are alike;
however, here we state the main ones:
- no allergizing substances (as perfumes, enzimes);
- no phosphates;
- no not-biodegradable sequestering agents;
- very low toxicity for aquatic organisms.
FORMULATION DATA
According to Reg CE/648/2004 and CE/907/2006, producers of detergents for exclusive professional use are not obliged to publish the formulations, as most components are listed upon MSDS available for Customers.

It is better to pre-wash various crockery cleaning away most of the dirt either by soaking briefly, or spraying with cold or warm shower, or fastly cleaning with a sponge pre-soaked with warm water and a little washing-up liquid.
