This commercial warranty complies with Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs 206/2005).
Commercial warranty: 120 days since the date of purchase.
Bensos’ products are covered with warranty for manufacturing defects, to be reported by e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (+390365374960). The invoice with the date of purchase must be sent to Bensos by telefax within 72 hours by phone or e-mail time.
The User must verify product features before contacting Bensos, reading carefully labels, technical and safety data sheets (where requested). After being contacted as written before, Bensos will check and in case confirm the non-conformity. In that case, a new product will be shipped to the User’s home/office, without additional fees.
This warranty does NOT apply if:

− the product was stored at temperature lower than 5°C (41°F) or higher than 35°C (95°F);
− the product was blended with other chemicals or diluited with water during storage;
− the product was stored in sunlight;
− the product was used without caring about safety regulations described in label and/or in safety data sheet;
− the product was used not properly relative to purposes described in label and/or technical sheet.

Return and refund policy
If the User is not entirely satisfied with your purchase, he can simply return the item, sending a certified mail within 10 days with your receipt. Delivery fees for shipping to Bensos are not refundable. The product must arrive in Bensos undamaged and in a good preservation status. The User will be refunded by the same method of payment as the one he used.

If the User receives products with damaged external package, we suggest to write the following note on the shipping document: “Goods unchecked”, so Bensos can claim compensation from the carrier.
