Low-foaming detergent, lactic acid based, easy to rinse. It does not release toxic fumes because it does contain neither mineral acids nor solvents. Particularly suitable for cheese factories floors: it descales, cleans and sanifies floors and technical equipments without damaging bacterial flora used for cheese production.
Suitable for food mills cleaning too.

Professional use.

WARNING: don’t mix with other detergents, don’t apply to surfaces sensitive to acids (as marble).

All ingredients are readily biodegradable (OECD Test 301), show low aquatic organisms and human toxicity, are not bioaccumulating. Neither phosphorus, nor fragrances, nor dyes contained.
