Working in the branch of ecological detergents, we are analizying our potential competitors and we see that most of them do not really manufacture their products, which are made by few big industries in Italy or abroad; those industries almost hold a monopoly in the formulations of ecological detergents available on the market.
For household and professional detergents, Bensos made a very different choice from the beginning, choosing to develop its own skill in inventing and producing formulations. Then Bensos created its know-how for design and construction of production plants, expanding them step-by-step.
Why this choice? Because we want to follow strictly our Criteria, but also because it is easier to customize products, in order to solve customers’ cleaning problems. Listening to customers, either a firm or a group of families, is a very important thing for Bensos: it allows us to combine environment and health protection with usefulness, making state-of-the-art products, which are able to progress with conditions of use and cleaning problems. In a standardized industrial production, it is not possible to follow this approach.
Even if Bensos is investing in Research & Development, it is able to keep prices competitive with market prices. Our purpose, even if it is a business one, is not purely to obtain commercial results: our goal is to make good quality products, according to our Criteria.
