Babies’ pacifiers should always stay clean… but they often fall on the ground and in other dirty places.
Mothers and fathers know very well this issue: how many times do we bend over to catch the soother? That’s most true when our baby begins to trial his or her skill to handle things and to throw them in the air…
The problem is: how to hygienize pacifiers without expose them to toxic or allergenic chemicals?
Our well tested way is very simple:
- throughout the day, wash the soother with water and a few drops of Washing-up liquid code PD, particularly appropriate as it does not contain any fragrance;
- at the end of the day, boil it for 10 minutes in a small pot with pure water (taking care not to dry it, so please use a timer).
This procedure is suitable both for caoutchou and for sylicone soothers. Your baby’s pacifier will be safely cleaned, avoiding all chemicals liable to be adsorbed on its surface.
Remember to throw away all damaged soothers, as they could be too difficult to clean well, particularly if they are closed backside.
