Liquid Castile Soap

Natural soap, made with one of olive oil components. It is suitable for laundry pre-treating, particularly blood traces, greasy dirt and some fruit stains.
To treat blood stains, we recommend to soak fabrics in cold water, strictly avoiding the contact with hot water which strenghtens and fixes blood stains.

Liquid Castile Soap differs from a laundry bar soap because the latter usually contains optical brighteners and perfumes. Chemically speaking, the liquid soap is a potassium soap, whereas the solid one is a sodium soap. From the hygienical point of view, the liquid soap is better because the user cannot contaminate it, while the soap bar is repeatedly in contact with dirt fabrics so it very often becomes a nest for microorganisms.

All ingredients are readily biodegradable (OECD Test 301) and show low human toxicity. Neither phosphorus, nor solvents, nor dyes contained. No sodium or potassium coconut/babassuate contained.
