The kitchen is important for many reasons: it is the place where food is prepared and stored; it is often where we eat it too; into a lot of houses the kitchen and the living room, where kids play and guests are received, are the same place.

Cleaning the kitchen, it is interesting first to avoid both long-term toxic and allergizing ingredients, secondly to avoid persistent fragrances, which are able to modify the scent of food.

In addition to floor cleaning (see this article about this subject), it may be useful to know which product to use for cleaning table, work plans and appliances. The choice may be guided by the type and the quantity of soil to be removed: if the table and the plans – in laminated plastic, varnished wood, stainless steel, granite or not waxed marble – are less dirty, a spray of Multipurpose code MS followed by one sweep of a moist towel will be enough to clean; instead, if the plans are dirty with EVO, fried food traces or alike, it is recommended to proceed with Universal Degreaser code MC, suitable to clean doors and drawers handles too. We recommend to spray the Degreaser on stains, then leave it for some minutes, then remove it together with the soil by using a moist towel, finally rinsed thoroughly with a clean wet sponge.

To clean refrigerator shelves, it is recommended the Multipurpose as it is easier to rinse towards the Degreaser. For oven internal walls, we recommend the Oven Cleaner code F.

All these products are made exclusively with easily biodegradable, long-term non-toxic and hypoallergenic ingredients.
